Watermark is a standout development that emphasises upscale living in the heart of Waterloo. Bathe in the sunlight streaming in from the oversized balconies, feel the texture of natural timber under your feet as you settle in, fresh cup of coffee in hand from one of the many boutique coffee shops nearby.

We positioned Watermark as the natural evolution of city fringe living that embodies Waterloo’s artistic spirit. We chose a dark green as the primary colour to highlight the development’s symbiotic relationship with its natural surroundings. Green represents nature, health and living things, and reflects Watermark’s pursuit of these values.  The clean lines of the property reflect well into the creation of the W of the Watermark logo, providing a modern element to the brand through the treatment of stripes, reflecting the project's deep thinking on the combination of modern construction techniques and natural elements.
